Creating an account

You must provide a valid email address, keep account details accurate and accept the current Terms. You must have legal capacity to use the service or permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

Account security

Keep your password confidential and contact GSC promptly if access may be compromised. GSC may require email verification or other reasonable checks before restoring access.

Licence and fair access

GSC grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service according to your plan and these Terms. Do not bypass plan restrictions, security controls, rate limits, owner-only gates or tester access controls.

Your content

You keep ownership of files and content you upload. You allow GSC to store, process, compress, display and transmit it only as needed to provide Cloud Vault, previews, sharing, hosting, backup and security functions.

Your responsibilities

• Upload only content you own or may lawfully use and share.
• Do not upload malware, stolen data, abusive or illegal material, or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
• Do not attack, probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with GSC systems or other users.
• Protect private-folder PINs and review public share links before sending them.

Storage and removal

Storage, file-size, speed, folder and sharing limits depend on the active plan and permanent bonuses. GSC may block or remove content when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity or enforcement. Keep an independent copy of important files; GSC Net must not be your only backup.

Plans and checkout

Main characteristics, duration, storage and current prices are shown before checkout. Paid plans are available only when GSC enables payment processing or confirms an Enterprise arrangement. Until then, an unsuccessful paid checkout creates no paid order and makes no charge.

Promotional codes

Codes may be limited to a selected account, plan, number of uses and expiry. A valid 100% plan code may activate 30 days without a card or automatic renewal. Codes may not be sold, guessed, automated, duplicated or used outside their stated audience.

GSC Credits

Credits are closed-loop virtual loyalty points. They are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency or stored value; they have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash. GSC Founder may grant Credits. The future reward catalogue may change, but already redeemed permanent benefits remain attached to the account unless obtained through abuse.

• Permanent storage adds 1 GB per redemption and is capped at a total Credits bonus of 5 GB per account.
• Profile font rewards unlock the listed name styles for that account.
• Discount rewards issue account-bound, single-use plan codes with the displayed percentage and expiry.
• A completed redemption normally cannot be reversed after the digital benefit is supplied, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Availability and changes

GSC may improve, limit, suspend or discontinue features for security, performance or legal compliance. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies are not excluded.

Limited testing access

A beta, Owner Lab or experimental feature may be incomplete, unstable, changed without notice or removed before public release. Access is personal and may require an invitation, tester code, selected account or Founder approval.

Protect important data

Do not rely on a beta as the only copy of important data or for critical production work. Keep independent backups. GSC may reset beta data when reasonably necessary for safety, testing or development, while mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Feedback and confidentiality

You keep ownership of original feedback but allow GSC to use it without payment to improve GSC products. Features marked private, closed beta or Owner Preview must not be publicly redistributed before release.

Fair testing

Do not exploit vulnerabilities, access another person’s data, run destructive load tests, publish secrets or use beta access to harm the service. Report security problems privately to the contact address.

Clear pre-contract information

Where EU consumer law applies, GSC will present the main service characteristics, total price, duration, payment conditions and termination information before a paid order. Optional paid additions are not preselected. A paid order is concluded only through a final action that clearly communicates the payment obligation and after payment succeeds.

Withdrawal and immediate performance

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance service contracts, subject to applicable exceptions. If you expressly request immediate performance, you may have to pay proportionally for service already supplied. For immediately supplied digital content, loss of withdrawal rights requires the separate express consent and acknowledgement required by law; accepting these general Terms alone is not that separate acknowledgement.

Digital-service conformity

Mandatory EU remedies remain available where applicable. If a paid Cloud or digital service is faulty, not as described or cannot be corrected within a reasonable period, applicable law may provide repair, price reduction or termination rights. Nothing here excludes a mandatory legal guarantee.

Personal data

GSC processes account details, service activity, files and preferences for stated purposes such as providing and securing the service, answering requests and meeting legal duties. GSC aims to follow lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation and security. Promotional emails require a separate choice in Settings.

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection as applicable, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. Some data may be retained for security, legal claims or statutory duties.
